Are you a highly motivated Night Cleaning Superstar looking for an opportunity to take your next career step into a supervisory role? We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor with a talent for leading and motivating our team to deliver a high standard of cleaning services and supporting a positive experience for our customers and guests.

The Role

In the role of Night Cleaning Supervisor, you have a hands on approach to supervising and mentoring our frontline hotel team to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company standards.

Availability

To be successful in this position you will be available to work on a rotating roster, with your core hours being 9:00pm – 7:00am, 5 days per week.

You will also need to be flexible as this will at times change due to Public Holidays or Special Events held on the premises.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or a similar role with specific experience within a hospitality, contact cleaning or retail cleaning environment an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning/housekeeping procedures and best practices, with demonstrated experience cleaning different surfaces with various cleaning equipment and machinery.
  • Experience with flooring cleaning of different surfaces including Terrazzo, Stone, Marble, Tiles, Carpets, outdoor surfaces.
  • Experience with stripping and sealing Terrazzo floor surface is essential
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hazard / OHS / Chemical Safety Awareness
  • Physical stamina and capability to safely perform manual handling and repetitive tasks.
  • Working with Heights Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
